CYRUS 365 — ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION

Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Cyrus 365 account and the data associated with it. Your Cyrus 365 account is the single account used to sign in to cyrus365.com, Projects.ink (web, iOS, and Android apps), and other Cyrus 365 products.

Option A — Delete it yourself (instant)

  1. Sign in at cyrus365.com/login with the same account you use in the Projects.ink app.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and select Delete Account.
  4. Type your account email to confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately, and you are signed out of all Cyrus 365 products.

Option B — Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from your registered email address at support@projects.ink with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 days, then confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email address, avatar)
  • Your sign-in credentials and all active sessions on every device
  • Your organization memberships and product seats
  • Organizations you own that have no other members
  • Your Projects.ink project memberships and task assignments (projects you own are transferred to another member where possible, otherwise removed)
  • Comments and content you authored are anonymized and shown as "Removed user"

Data that may be retained

  • Billing and transaction records, retained as required by tax and financial regulations (up to 7 years, then deleted)
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you
  • Server and security logs, retained for up to 30 days

Please note

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you own an organization with other members, you will be asked to transfer ownership or remove the members first, so their workspaces are not disrupted. Questions? Contact us at support@projects.ink.
